In the game or the comics? Don't know why you're being downvoted, Dick is canonically pansexual in the game. I'm on my third playthrough and I don't remember and hint of this. What did I miss? Plus the emails between Babs and Jason about going to pride mention wanting to support Tim and Dick. Attending a pride parade and having rainbow flag paraphanelia doesn't mean you are gay. However I think one of the members of the watch mentioned a same-sex partner.

Think about the general concept of Batman and the superhero genre. Bruce Wayne pretends to be every hetero man's dream. Who the hell would want to live in Gotham?
