The film provoked in me the desire to return to the universe of adolescence and to find effective solutions to some of my internal conflicts, a theme worked on in therapy and represented in many of my adolescent works. Elias lacks the emotional vocabulary to articulate quite what the sense of awkwardness and intrigue that he feels around the newcomer might mean.
